Building 1 is a single level building that contains 12 one-bedroom units that are approximately 640 square feet. This building also contains a community room and coin operated laundry room. These units feature a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and an enclosed patio
Building 2 is split into 2 entrances, one side containing 8 two-bedroom units and the second side contains 4 two-bedroom units and a coin operated laundry room. These units feature a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom and an enclosed patio.
There is a one- and two-bedroom unit that are specifically designed for individuals who have visual, audio or mobility disabilities. The features include but not limited to a wheelchair assessable shower, lowered kitchen cabinets, lowered closet rods, wheelchair assessable appliances and fire alarms designed for individuals with visual and audio disabilities.
To ensure the health and safety of all tenants, this building is smoke free.
These units are subsidized and to qualify a household member must:

Eligible applicants will be placed on the buildings wait list. Wait list placement is based off income levels of very low, low and moderate. Priority is given to those in the very low-income level or individuals with a valid Letter of Priority Entitlement (LOPE). Applicants on the wait list will be contacted when a unit becomes available, and they are the next eligible applicant.

The one- bedroom units are approximately 640 square feet and feature a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Two of the one bedroom units are specifically designed for individuals who have visual, audio or mobility disabilities.
These features include but not limited to a wheel chair assessable shower, lowered kitchen cabinets, lowered closet rods, wheel chair assessable appliances and fire alarms designed for individuals with visual and audio disabilities.
To ensure the health and safety of all tenants, this building is Smoke Free.

1. 62 years of age or older, or disabled of any age.
2. Meet USDA Rural Development income and other eligibility requirements.
