Who We Are
Since 1987 Sage Management of WNY has been committed to providing affordable housing while enriching the daily lives of our tenants. Most of our apartments are for persons 62 or older and/or disabled of any age. Our independent living communities include a community room, laundry facilities, elevator/vertical lifts and convenient parking. All of our buildings have apartments that are ADA compliant for those with disabilities and our family complex is based solely on income. Our friendly staff strives to provide excellent service and address all concerns quickly and efficiently. We are excited to meet you and hope you choose one of our complexes as your home.
